Shipping Information
Your new vinyl patio kit will be shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities. Orders typically take 5 to 7 business days to fabricate and prepare for shipment. Depending on where you are located, you should expect delivery 5 to 7 days after your order leaves our plant. The trucking company will contact you ahead of time to coordinate a day and time frame for the delivery. Please verify with the truck company at that time the truck size for the delivery to ensure access into your area. Vinyl Patio Kits will not be responsible for undeliverable shipping addresses due to the size of the truck.
You or your chosen representative must be present at the time of delivery. The delivery driver will assist you in moving the kit to the end of the truck bed. Drivers are NOT responsible for removal of the kit from the truck. You will be responsible for off-loading the kit from the truck, so please have additional people available for off-loading, as the boxes are heavy.
If you feel you need assistance with unloading your order, and will not have anyone to assist you, please contact your Vinyl Patio Kits representative prior to ordering your pergola kit. Some trucking companies offer additional services in which the trucking company will send personel hired for the off-load. Vinyl Patio Kits can quote the additional charges to you for these services.
Once the trucking company has arrived at your location you will assume all responsibility for damage to materials incurred due to improper handling while unloading the kit. If you notice any apparent damage to the product prior to unloading the product please make note of the forseen damage on the Bill of Lading provided by the driver. ( Damage claims can only be submitted with notice on the Bill of Lading.) Your signature on the Bill of Lading relieves the trucking company of any liability for damage not noted.
Vinyl Patio Kits packages product with care, and most kits arrive without incident. If damage occurs please contact a Vinyl Patio Kits representative immediately.
