Return Policy
Cancellation
As long as we have not started the fabrication process of
your patio kit, you can cancel your order at any time. The time frame
from order to fabrication is usually two to three days from date of order,
however, if you need to cancel your order, you should attempt to do so
as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made with a company representative
by phone. Orders cannot be cancelled by e-mail, Fax or by leaving a message
after hours.

Returns
If you receive your standard patio kit or other accessories
and want to return them, please contact VPK to receive a Return Materials
Authorization Number (RMA). Custom patio covers
are not returnable.
Unless there was an error on our part, you will be responsible
for all shipping and handling costs for your return. All items must be
returned in the manner in which they were sent to you, and, if it all
possible, we would greatly appreciate that you return all of the items
in their original packaging.
All returned packages must be labeled with the RMA number.
To receive an RMA number you may either call us toll-free
at 800-230-0692 (9-5 MST).
If contacting us by phone, please have your order confirmation
or order information available. If contacting us by email, please forward
your order confirmation to us and include your name, e-mail address, and
a list of the products you are returning, plus the reason for your return.
Credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will be
issued once the merchandise is received and inspected by VPK.
Refused Deliveries
Please do not refuse a delivery. Refused deliveries will
result in a 30% re-stocking fee by VPK and you will be liable to the trucking
company for all freight and shipping costs to return the product(s) to
VPK. If you wish to return your kit, please contact us for an RMA.
Replacement Parts for Damaged or Missing Parts

Unfortunately, sometimes components are missing or damaged
inside the kit (not related to trucking responsibilities). Although infrequent,
it does happen. After receiving your kit please do an inventory of the
components that were delivered. This will give you a chance to inspect
the condition of the products and request any replacements before starting
assembly. If you are hiring an installer, please do an inventory prior
to setting an installation date.
VPK does not provide credits or refunds for the inconvenience
of missing or damaged parts or purchasing replacement parts not ordered
through us.
You will be provided with a shipping list of parts in your
kit. Compare this list with the components you receive. In most cases,
you will have extra pieces. There are no returns or credits for these
pieces. We ship the correct number of joist and shade slats required for
the size of kit you ordered.
If you have modified your kit and need more of these components,
you will be charged for the additional materials plus any freight charges.
For small components, missing or damaged parts will be shipped
overnight. For larger components, missing or damaged parts will be shipped
the fastest way possible. You will not be charged for the cost to ship
replacement parts for those that are missing from, or are damaged, in
your kit.
